1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following capitalised terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager on rrr999, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. rrr999 recommends that you review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on rrr999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are an individual natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. rrr999 strictly prohibits access by minors. You may be required to provide documentary proof of your age at any time.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold a current self-exclusion order with rrr999 or any gambling operator to which rrr999 is required to give effect.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by rrr999 for breach of this Agreement.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

rrr999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Accounts opened or maintained in breach of these eligibility requirements will be suspended and any Balance may be forfeited or returned at rrr999's sole discretion.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of rrr999 services, you must complete the registration process at /rrr999-login. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information for all mandatory fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the rrr999 Platform. Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. rrr999 will merge or close duplicate Accounts and void any bonuses, winnings, or promotional benefits obtained across multiple Accounts.

4.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. You must promptly notify rrr999 at [email protected] of any change to your personal details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent KYC process is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

rrr999 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals, and may additionally request verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Verification documents typically required include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to fund the Account (bank statement excerpt or e-wallet screenshot showing account holder name matching the registered Account name).

rrr999 may request additional documents at its discretion. Failure to supply requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by rrr999 support will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until compliance is achieved.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You must notify rrr999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your credentials have been compromised. rrr999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or to report a breach promptly.

rrr999 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication on their Account. rrr999 will never ask you to disclose your password, full 2FA code, or any security token via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

6 Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rrr999 accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits published in the Cashier section of the Platform:

• Bank transfer (IDR): BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and Bank Danamon.
• E-wallets (IDR): OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to IDR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed on-chain receipt.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. rrr999 reserves the right to return any deposit received from a payment source that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder, less any applicable bank processing fees.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance following confirmation of receipt by rrr999's payment processing systems. Standard bank transfer credit times are under five minutes during normal WIB banking hours; e-wallet deposits are typically credited instantly. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of on-chain confirmations for the relevant network.

6.3 No Deposit Fees

rrr999 does not charge platform-side fees on IDR bank transfers or e-wallet deposits. Standard inter-bank transfer fees applied by your own bank or e-wallet provider may apply independently of rrr999 and are the Player's responsibility. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to standard network gas fees, which are also the Player's responsibility.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested from the Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied. Only verified Accounts that have completed the KYC process may submit withdrawal requests.

7.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with rrr999's anti-money laundering procedures. Where a deposit method does not support outgoing payments (e.g., certain e-wallet configurations), rrr999 will work with the Player to identify the most appropriate alternative withdrawal channel.

7.3 Processing Times

rrr999 targets withdrawal processing times of under 15 minutes for verified Accounts during standard WIB operating hours (08:00–23:00 WIB, Monday–Sunday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at the start of the next operating window. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to on-chain confirmation times. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.

7.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to each payment method are published in the Cashier section and may be updated periodically. rrr999 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments and to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.

7.5 Withdrawal Refusal

rrr999 may refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the withdrawal amount includes funds subject to unmet Wagering Requirements; (c) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of this Agreement; or (d) a technical investigation is ongoing that affects the Account. In all cases, rrr999 will communicate the reason for any refusal or delay to the Player as promptly as practicable.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives issued by rrr999 are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, including the applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible games list, minimum odds (where applicable to sportsbook promotions), time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap derived from bonus winnings. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence in respect of that promotion only.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, bonuses issued by rrr999 carry a default Wagering Requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires aggregate wagers of Rp 3.000.000 before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements; contribution percentages for each game category are published on the rrr999 promotions page.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

rrr999 actively monitors wagering patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements with minimal financial exposure; systematic exploitation of game mechanics that skew the statistical distribution of outcomes; and coordination between multiple Accounts to accumulate bonus value. Where bonus abuse is detected, rrr999 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close the Account.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated within the claim window, and Wagering Requirements that are not completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms, will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account Balance without compensation.

9 Gameplay Rules

9.1 Game Outcomes

All random-outcome games on the rrr999 Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Live casino games are conducted by live dealers under real-time streaming conditions. rrr999 does not interfere with game outcomes, and all results are determined solely by the underlying game engine or the physical game process as applicable.

9.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, rrr999's server-side records of the game state at the time of the interruption will be the sole authoritative record for determining the outcome of the affected round. rrr999 will use reasonable endeavours to reinstate the game to its correct pre-interruption state or, where this is not possible, to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the Player's Balance.

9.3 Sportsbook Rules

All sports wagers, including bandar bola (sportsbook) bets and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the rrr999 sportsbook rules section. In-play bets are accepted subject to the prevailing odds at the moment rrr999's system confirms acceptance of the wager. rrr999 reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event that was already decided at the time the bet was placed due to a data feed error.

9.4 Maximum Winnings

rrr999 reserves the right to apply per-game, per-session, and per-day maximum winnings caps. Applicable limits are displayed within each game or market. Winnings that exceed the published maximum cap will be reduced to the cap amount, and no additional payout will be made in respect of the excess.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rrr999 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of the Account lifecycle.
• Using software, robots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live casino card games.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or accepting wagers on behalf of third parties.
• Making chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transaction claims in bad faith after a wager has been settled.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rrr999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

rrr999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct, to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation, and to refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the rrr999 Platform, including but not limited to the rrr999 brand name and logo, website design, software, game graphics, promotional materials, and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of rrr999 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of rrr999.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rrr999 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or the cost of procuring substitute services.

rrr999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to rrr999 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rrr999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. rrr999 accepts no liability for losses arising from third-party payment provider outages, telecommunications failures, or internet connectivity issues outside rrr999's direct control.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by rrr999

rrr999 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of this Agreement; fraudulent activity; money laundering; bonus abuse; underage gambling; or any other conduct that rrr999 determines to be contrary to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

13.2 Closure by rrr999

Following investigation, rrr999 may permanently close an Account that has been found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct. The disposition of any remaining Account Balance in such cases will be determined by rrr999 in accordance with its licence conditions and applicable anti-money laundering procedures. rrr999 is not obliged to return funds where closure is a consequence of confirmed fraud or criminal activity.

13.3 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting rrr999 support at [email protected]. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after completion of applicable KYC checks, subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold. Voluntary closure requests cannot be processed where an active investigation is pending on the Account.

14 Responsible Gaming

rrr999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all Account holders at no charge from within the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from the rrr999 Platform. rrr999 will close your Account and take reasonable technical measures to prevent re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period.

15 Privacy & Data

rrr999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rrr999 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. rrr999 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

16 Amendments

rrr999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Amendments will take effect from the date they are published on this page. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, rrr999 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Players via the email address on file at least seven days before the amendment takes effect.

It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.

17 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rrr999 holds its primary gaming licence. rrr999 operates under an internationally issued gaming licence providing independent regulatory oversight.

Nothing in this clause limits rrr999's ability to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction. Players in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to regulatory restrictions under Indonesian law and accept full personal responsibility for their compliance with the laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence.
